PURPOSE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

In compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data), Spark Wave wishes to inform users of the Sites of the policy regarding the treatment and protection of personal data of those who provide their data for the personalized use or under registration of the services of the Sites or any other act that involves the communication of their data to Spark Wave.

Likewise, we inform the user that this Privacy Policy contains a general description of the aspects related to the processing of personal data that Spark Wave conducts as responsible for said treatment derived from the exploitation of the Sites.

Children under the age of 18 may not use the Spark Wave Services that require registration or identification as registered users, even with the representation of their parent, guardian, or legal representative.

ACCURACY AND VERACITY OF PERSONAL DATA

Users who access the Sites are not obliged to provide personal information to navigate through them, therefore, any communication of data for such purposes will be because the user has voluntarily decided on a navigation or personalized use of the Sites and/or the services made available to the user through the Sites.

The user agrees to provide truthful, updated, complete and correct information, always and only corresponding to his own identity (it is forbidden to provide data from third parties) through any data collection channel published on the Sites, such as registration or subscription forms, contact, suggestions, contracting and/or any other data request form of the Sites,  by sending an email to Spark Wave or, through a postal communication, as indicated below.

The user is solely responsible for the veracity, accuracy, updating, and correctness of the data provided, exonerating Spark Wave from any responsibility in this regard committing the user to keep personal data duly updated.

 

EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

Spark Wave informs the user of the possibility of exercising, in the terms determined by the applicable regulations, the rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation to treatment, opposition, portability and right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling. Likewise, the user has the right to withdraw the consent granted concerning the processing of personal data that is voluntary, without affecting the legality of the treatment based on the consent before its withdrawal.

PERIOD OF CONSERVATION OF THE DATA

Spark Wave will retain the user's personal data for as long as the processing is maintained, and the user does not request the deletion of these.

POLICY UPDATE

Spark Wave will periodically update this Privacy Policy. Any changes to this policy will be posted on your Sites.

In any case, it will be the responsibility of the user to periodically access the Spark Wave Privacy Policy published on the Sites, to know at all times, the latest version.
